Logistics, Shipping Timelines, and Dispatch Management

We maintain clear operations regarding the preparation and transportation of our ice bath tubs. When an order is submitted, our team requires 2 business days for product packaging and coordinating with logistics handlers.

Following this packaging stage, the product transit phase takes between 1 and 2 business days to reach your address. Therefore, the complete delivery timeline spans three to four business days from the moment the submission is recorded on our platform.

All shipping costs are fully covered by us, meaning you face zero freight fees. Our logistics network operates exclusively within Hong Kong territory, assuring clear timelines for every delivery. We do not accept any international destination addresses.

Cancellation Conditions and Order Status Restrictions

We enforce specific structural rules for modifying or stopping a transaction. Order cancellation is possible until the product remains with us inside our regional facility. During this initial period, you can submit an email request to stop the transaction entirely.

However, once the merchandise is dispatched and the order is with logistics, the cancellation window closes completely. At this stage, delivery must be completed to its final destination. Shoppers cannot reject the shipment during transit. You must allow the delivery sequence to conclude and then apply our return frameworks. No exceptions can be made once dispatch occurs.

Cash on Delivery Framework and Transparent Pricing

Our business model relies exclusively on a Cash on Delivery system to manage all transactions. We operate in COD only, collecting the full payment directly at the customer's doorstep with no hidden charges or shipping costs. The final number presented during checkout represents exactly what you owe upon arrival.

This approach removes the need for electronic credit processing on our platform, aligning ideally with regional trade guidelines. Consumers must prepare the exact cash amount for the logistics agent during arrival, as agents have restricted change. All prices are stated clearly in Hong Kong Dollars. No extra fees apply.

Product Assessment, Replacements, and Structured Refund Procedures

We will arrange a pickup for customers with no charges, as that expense is entirely on us. Once the item reaches us, we take 24 hours to inspect the condition of the item.

Once the inspection is done, either we arrange a replacement or if the damage is beyond repair or the item is unavailable, we arrange a full refund. We will contact the customer for their bank details through email. Upon receiving the details, we initiate the refund.

We provide refunds through bank transfer, since we operate in COD and have no prior details of the customer's bank account. Once the refund is processed, it takes up to 5 to 6 business days for the amount to be reflected in the customer's account, depending on the banking provider.

We do not entertain any returns or exchanges or refunds due to a customer's change of mind or personal preference shifts.
